The CV Guru, before they came to Autus, struggled to manage their sales opportunities and orders within their steadily growing business. This led to many times where the team were not able to communicate effectively and keeping track of work became increasingly difficult. These difficulties hampered the business’ ability to grow and scale with an even more sizeable team and customer base.

What we did

The obvious solution for CV Guru’s issues was an implementation of the free version of Hubspot CRM. This enabled the team to manage their processes more effectively and track the progress of sales and orders within their team. Not only would this solve a short-term issue, but it would be future proofed for growth. When CV Guru returned to us a few years later, we were able to set them up with a 2-way integration between Hubspot and MailChimp after upgrading their software subscriptions to suitable paid plans and configuring Hubspot’s operation hub. To support the new focus on marketing, Autus was able to reconfigure elements of the hubspot and mailchimp to take advantage of ecommerce integrations and the establishment of building various customer journeys within mailchimp.

Overall Impact

The impact these services and implementations had on The CV Guru’s business was almost immediately obvious. Their marketing and sales processes were far more effective at receiving and converting new leads than before, and the manual workload that previously took up a significant amount of time every week or just didn’t get done, had been taken almost entirely off the hands of the team and automated through Mailchimp. The team now also have a much easier way of communicating on follow up tasks and the stages in the sales processes in which leads are at.
